Cerulean Hotel, Klamath Falls

I stayed at the hotel for a relaxing getaway. The room with a Jacuzzi tub was a plus for my husband's comfort, but it was disappointing to find it not clean and rather filthy. The massive room with two queen beds felt a bit empty and cheap, not meeting our expectations.

The hotel was a bit worn and dated but reasonably clean, with everything in working order. It felt like a ghost town, not quite matching the pictures and seemed a bit outdated. The service was friendly, although we were assigned a room above the pool with a broken bed showing great effort in customer care. The location was convenient, with good restaurants within walking distance. The dining options were less inviting, and we opted to keep it simple just for the night. The facilities were adequate despite some conversion issues. Wi-Fi was charged separately.

Although the rooms didn't match the pictures and felt grimy like a dungeon with a door connecting to an unlocked one and faulty air conditioning, the hotel's service was helpful and friendly, and its location was perfect for our trip. The dining experience was overpriced and in an uninviting room, but the facilities were satisfactory for a short stay.

The hotel had very spacious rooms that accommodated my husband, my parrot, and me comfortably. The rooms looked new and nice but had a slightly eerie vibe reminiscent of a scene from a horror movie. They provided coffee and amenities, which was a plus.

The hotel room experience was a bit mixed; initially had issues with the unmade bed and smelled of smoke, but the service was prompt in assisting with a switch. The location was convenient for the trip, although some noise concerns with the adjoining electrical room. Overall, the value for money is decent considering the minor inconveniences.
